This 2-day HACCP certification course accredited by the International HACCP Alliance was designed to help participants understand the HACCP Principles and its application to develop a HACCP based food safety management program. The training program is based on the Codex 12 steps, including 7 principles of HACCP that is internationally recognized by government agencies, retail groups and food industry.
During this 2-day live virtual instructor-led session, each HACCP principles will be discussed in details along with exercise to help participants learn the knowledge and skills of development, implementation and maintenance of a HACCP Plan.
The course fee listed includes all course materials and a Certificate of Completion. To facilitate an effective online live training, participants will need a computer equipped with webcam, microphone, speaker and internet connection.
